Dr. James and Sarah,
Our family wanted to thank you for your thoughtfulness and compassion on what has been a very difficult time for our family.  Sable was not our pet but a member of our family.  Her passing has left a large hole in our lives but one that was made easier by your care and concern.  Our son drove home from school hoping to see Sable before she left us, he didn't make it but on his way home he stopped to take a picture of a large rainbow not knowing his dad told Sable to head to the rainbow bridge.  It was her way of telling him she was okay.  Thank  you again.  The Kurz Family - Homer Glen, IL

I have been meaning for some time to write a thank you note to Dr. James.  We had our cat Tiger for 18 years and with her health issues it was time to let her go.  Dr. James was so kind, considerate and understanding.  I knew that I wanted her last moments to be peaceful.  For her it was always stressful getting in the car to go to the vet.  I was so thankful that we were able to do this in our home where she is most comfortable.   Dr. James was so gentle and as hard as it was to make that decision, I am so grateful that her last moments were quiet and comforting.  Thank you again for helping us through this. Dear Dr. James, Sarah, and everyone else:
As you know, Dr. James euthanized Roxy yesterday.  I am writing to say THANK YOU so very much.  The whole procedure was carried out very compassionately and professionally.  Dr. James was so very nice to Roxy and my other dogs.  Roxy passed very calmly and peacefully, in my arms.  I couldn't have wanted anything more.  I miss Roxy tremendously, but I am calmer and know that she is at peace.  I have told my family and friends about you, and am highly recommending you to everyone.  In the near future I will be using you for your other services.  Thanks again and God bless you.  Virginia V. - Berwyn, IL

Dear Sarah and Dr. James
Thank you for the wonderful service that you provide to pet owners. We would have had a lot of trouble bringing our old dog to the vet's office, not to mention the trauma of knowing that her last moment in life would have been in a somewhat unfamiliar setting. Letting her go in her own backyard was the easiest way for all of us. Sarah, you were very helpful to us in setting up the appointment and explained the process very clearly.
